May you have a day filled with gratitude, grace, peace, love and harmony. When things seem out of flow, slow down to take three deep breaths, focus on the beauty around you, and find one thing to be grateful for. Give appreciation to whatever it is that you are grateful for, take three deep breaths and notice any changes in your body. Maybe you feel a sense of lightness, a little uplift in mood, a bit of calmness, ready to move forward. It doesn’t take a long time, a few minutes or maybe ten if you have time. It is your life, what do you want to bring into your environment? By focusing on gratitude, love and peace – you will find more in your life.
