  1. This is great, Sandy! I love it. I love hearing your voice and I love all the peaceful video. It was funny, toward the end when you can hear the geese, my husband who is reading his own email right now, looked out the window, stood up looking for the geese outside. Kind of cute. Thanks for the lovely meditation. Very similar to one I do with the roots down into mother earth and the Light from the sky culminating in loving peace in my heart, which I then build outward. Have a wonderful Leap today!

    • Thank you Mary. For my longer meditations I use the grounding with roots into Mother Earth and then pull light in from the Universe to flow down connecting throughout the body letting it flow outward until the planet is covered in light. The meditators like this and walk away feeling relaxed. That is my favorite as well. sometimes patients love to go to the ocean, lake, waterfall or just out in nature.
