WPC – Tribute to H2O

For this week’s challenge, share a photo that features H2O; the element of water. Water comes in many different states and guises. From a foggy morning to your favorite watercolor painting, how will you show H2O in a photograph?

“Water is fluid, soft, and yielding. But water will wear away rock, which is rigid and cannot yield. As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard. This is another paradox: what is soft is strong.” ~ Lao-Tzu ~

“Water is the most critical resource issue of our lifetime and our children’s lifetime. The health of our waters is the principal measure of how we live on the land. “  ~ Luna Leopold ~

“In one drop of water are found all the secrets of all the oceans.” ~ Khalil Gibran ~

“Clean water, the essence of life and a birthright for everyone, must become available to all people (living things) now.”  ~ Jean-Michel Cousteau ~

“There’s plenty of water in the universe without life, but nowhere is there life without water.”      ~ Sylvia A. Earle ~

Wishing you a life filled with clean water and optimum health. Everyone deserves clean water and that should be a Universal right for all.

  5. Lovely, Sandy! I’ve been away, and won’t have time to get this week’s challenge. And man, do I have a lot of water pictures! I just got back from Maine.
