An unexpected victory? A snapshot of an unlikely moment? This week, show us something that defies the odds.
This Sycamore tree was set to be cut down as had all the other trees in this area to make room for the Stewart’s parking lot. Against all odds people came together and plead for the tree to be saved. Here it stands alone with a fence on both sides and wires running along side but what a beauty standing tall above the blacktop parking lot.
Feeling grateful whenever I travel past this tree and always take a moment to honor its life and all those who came together to save this beauty.
