It is not only important to be responsible for the energy you bring into the room, you should also be responsible for the energy you bring to the world. We do not need any more negativity and anger. What we need today is self-assessment and learning about why we think a certain way, then challenging our beliefs. Where did they come from and are they still valuable in the life we live today? Maybe there are some hidden prejudices, thoughts, actions that we can learn to release for the betterment of our own life and the life of those around us and in the world. Isn’t it better to live peacefully within and share that energy. Find that beauty within and share it with the world. Love and Light!

Today I had the perfect opportunity to enjoy the rainy day outside with my camera. This is the photo I captured and didn’t noticed what was captured in the raindrop until I saw this on the computer. Take a close look at the world within the drop of water. I thought it was amazing! Hope you enjoy it as well.
If we can ground ourself – try earthing – walking in nature barefoot or just sitting in a chair outside with your barefoot kissing the earth – and meditate to help with our flow. You can also create through dance, art, writing music, running, walking, hiking, gardening, or anything that brings you to that place of peace a couple of times during the day, you will find yourself in this special place:
My great-niece graciously posed for this photo and after I snapped noticed the dragonfly shadow. She thought having the dragonfly in the photo was perfect and I agree.

Yesterday I went inside after planting flowers and raking not only smelling of dirt but was covered in dirt. It felt great!!
